Provide customer service with a description of the items you wish to return, along with your original order number, date of purchase, type of growing application, name and billing amount.
If you receive a return authorization, you must ship the items back to us within 30 days of the purchase date, or otherwise, provide documentation of dissatisfaction. You must send the items, along with your original ordering information and return authorization number to the following address:

Upon receipt and inspection of items, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price along with the outgoing shipping charges. You are responsible for paying shipping charges for shipping returned items back to us.
